• Per-Person Split: The total bill (including tip) divided equally among the number of people. The tip calculator also shows the bill per person and tip per person separately for full transparency.
• Rounded Split Suggestion: When the per-person amount has fractional cents, the tip calculator suggests rounding up to the nearest cent so each person pays a clean amount — the small extra goes toward the tip.
